The Bidet Shop is the official Coway bidet supplier. We supply the Coway bidet products range as we find them to be the most reliable on the market.
All Bidets come with a Manufactures warranty that covers 100% replacement parts and labour for 12 months.
If your Coway bidet incurs a problem we request that you contact our seven day a week support centre as most issues can be solved over the phone. If this is not the case we will arrange free shipment to our service centre, where all repairs are carried out by a qualified technician. The Coway bidet products are normally repaired the same day and once the repair and testing has been carried out the Coway bidet is shipped back to you free of charge immediately.
Our Coway bidet range comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the bidets repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A $10.00 fee will apply for all cancelled orders. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product has failed during the warranty period, please follow the link at the bottom of this page. You will need to complete this form to get your RMA number. The product will not be accepted without this number and will be returned to sender.
On completion of the form that accompanies the RMA number please attach the sticker to the package and take to your local post office or send by courier. The owner is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs if the product has to be returned fora warranty claim.
If the product is found to be defective, bidets.com.au will issue a new replacement of the item with another of the same kind, at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein. Any replacement unit will assume the remaining warranty coverage from the date of purchase of the original faulty unit.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or you have measured incorrectly or for health reasons if the bidet has been used.
We will refund exchange or credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample shown to you.
- Please retain your invoice for the period of your warranty.
- Any returns may incur a restocking fee and/or shipping costs.
You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.
- To exchange a product please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange we will ship out the replacement product.
- To qualify for a refund all items must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and containers, documentation, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate resale. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is opened, not in its original condition, is damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery. If an order is returned as undeliverable you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If any of the above conditions are not met, bidets.com.au reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
