Delivery Address and Contact Details

When placing an order with The Bidet Shop Online we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your phone number. Please note that Australia Post require an authorised signatory to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.

Standard Shipping Method: Australia Post

The Bidet Shop Online use only Australia Post to deliver all our products. The service provides upto 3 business day delivery (metro areas AU wide), signature receipt. You have to be at the address given to receive the goods.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery charges are $35.00 AU per item below $1000.00 Australia wide .

In some circumstances delivery charges may increase from $35.00 per order due to incorrect address data, repeated attempts to deliver a package without success due to client unavailability or other unforseen circumstances.

Proof of Delivery

Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please call us on +61 1800 243 387 or email: helpdesk@cowaybidet.com.au and we will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.
