Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, you have measured incorrectly or for health reasons if the bidet has been used.
We will refund exchange or credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample show to you.
Please retain your invoice for the period of your warranty.
Any returns may incur a restocking fee and / or shipping costs.
